CCE Skips Operates a fleet of 6 Trucks and over 800 SKIP BINs. We are expanding our SKIP BIN department and are looking for a Full-time allocator.
About the role
This position involves developing and managing the Skip Fleet, responsible for utilising, scheduling, and organising the fleet of Skip Trucks to complete all accepted orders throughout the day.
You will also be responsible for
Taking Skip Bin bookings and liaising with customers
Ensuring purchase orders are received for bookings
Allocation of drivers to drop off and collect Skip Bins
Create daily runs for drivers to maximise fleet efficiency
Data entry into Bin Watch Program.
Skills and experience
MYOB Experience
Our Ideal candidate will have:
Experience in Allocations within the construction, waste or quarry industry
Administration background
Knowledge of Gold Coast, Ipswich, Brisbane area
Exceptional communication skills
Good computer skills
Positive attitude
Experience in Binwatch Program an advantage.
