As the Fleet and Equipment Support Coordinator you will work closely along side the Regional Fleet Manager in supporting the fleet onboarding process across Queensland. This position is not sitting at a desk day in day out, you will be in the heart of operations with a hands-on approach!

Tasks & Responsibilities
- Open PO reporting weekly
- Third Party Invoice pricing and reconciliation
- Conformance to quality systems and procedures
- Onboarding & off Boarding all equipment [ Lease , Hire , Owned ] as directed
- Paperwork completed accurately
- Weekly reports on Fleet status including downtime (planned vs unplanned)
- Assisting Managers on fleet availability down time to be reported on
- Provide monthly reports on what units have been onboarded & off boarded
- Provide Weekly utilization of fleet . if asked
- Ability to oversee small Fleet & asset projects
- Assist with Fleet upgrade projects
Skills & Experience
- Hold a current C Class license – Essential
- Open to metro and regional travel when required
- Have a great understand of Transport fleet
- Dedicated to providing exceptional service with a customer-centric approach
- Hold a current Truck license – Desirable
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
