About the Role
To effectively administer and execute fleet operations and assist the Procurement team with administrative tasks associated with the Procurement function, in accordance with Wesley Mission Queensland policies and procedures, applicable laws and business requirements.
About You
You will be a self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced role with changing priorities and have a diplomatic yet tenacious approach to generate/maintain sustainable working relationships whilst complete all tasks when due.
Ideally you will also possess:
- Industry experience, or equivalent industry experience in motor vehicle fleet operations and/or purchasing/procurement experience.
- Demonstrated highly effective interpersonal and written communication skills, including intermediate computer skills (e.g. Microsoft Office Suite).
- Ability to work independently within a busy team and with limited supervision.
- Strong organisational abilities
- High attention to detail

Essential Requirements Essential: Must have a current Drivers licence and willingness to drive in the course of work.
Essential: Strong Microsoft word and Excel knowledge and accuracy
Desirable: Prior fleet or purchasing/procurement experience
