ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a Fleet Services Consultant to join the Custom Fleet team and play a key role in ensuring that all client requests via telephone or email are complied with and executed within required time frames. This ensures that all interactions with both internal and external customers are professional and of a consistently high standard to achieve desired results for both Custom Fleet and our customers. Duties will include (but not limited to) -

This is a Fixed-Term opportunity through to October 2024

  • Responsible for the management of the Customer Services phone queues for AU
  • Being across all current Registrations and Infringements processes & actively drive process change
  • Liaising daily with the external government departments/suppliers network to drive accurate and timely registration renewals.
  • Management of the team’s inboxes to ensure email response rate is within agreed SLA’s
  • Actioning any customer fleet data detail changes to support contract administration 
  • Client inbox management as required 
  • Fuel Card Management via inbox and system requests 
  • Processing of new fuel cards, replacements and cancellations (Fleet Card & Third-Party Providers)

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE

The successful candidate will portray the following –

  • Strong understanding of the Fleet & or Motor Industry
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced environment providing high levels of internal and external customer service
  • Strong team player with the ability to work autonomously
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and provide high quality outputs
  • High level attention to detail
