The position is full-time, on a continuing basis and based at the Cairns Nguma-bada campus, Smithfield. Remuneration is at HEWL 4 level starting from $66,532 per annum plus up to 17% employer superannuation contributions.
WHAT YOU CAN ACCOMPLISH IN THE ROLE
Providing professional and efficient operational support for the management of JCU’s Fleet Services, you’ll ensure customer expectations are met and tasks are completed to a high-quality standard. You’ll undertake a range of fleet and finance administrative processes, ensuring best practice objectives are met by maintaining accurate records as you foster strong and positive relationships with University stakeholders and external providers.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE
You bring proven experience in fleet and finance administration with knowledge of booking systems, vehicle maintenance and servicing requirements. You excel in customer service, skilled in managing high numbers of inquiries as you use organisational and time management skills to prioritise and meet competing deadlines effectively and efficiently. You also bring effective communication skills with attention to detail and proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office programs and other computerised systems and databases.
