The Lift Fleet Service is a part of The Lift Group. One of Queensland’s leading service providers for truck-mounted elevating work platforms, spider lifts and mobile vehicle cranes.
We are seeking an Administration Assistant to join our team. The Role is an in-office based position, with negotiable to work between school hours.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks including:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Assist and perform additional tasks as needed
- Filing, record and data management
The Successful Candidate:
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to work both unsupervised and within a team environment.
- High standard of written and verbal communication skills
- Well organisational skills
- A positive, proactive, approach with a “can-do attitude”
