Fleet Technical Officer - Local Government
Join our team as a Fleet Technical Officer and deliver customer service and specialist Fleet Technical support, and collaborate with team members, to create consistent, high quality service delivery throughout the fleet management lifecycle.
- $44.14 hourly rate + Super

- Monday to Friday (8:00am - 4:00pm)

A Day in The Life
Your day-to-day will include the following responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and develop procurement specifications.
- Assist in developing and finalizing tender documentation.
- Conduct research and provide timely reports.
- Act as the Fleet Technical Expert in tender evaluations.
- Maintain professional relationships to ensure responsive Fleet Services.
- Update the Fleet Services Manager on performance factors.
- Liaise with suppliers and contractors for maintenance work.
- Ensure quality customer service within the Fleet Services team.
- Perform other relevant duties as required.
The Ideal Candidate
- Tertiary Qualifications in Diesel or Heavy Commercial Fitter and/or substantial equivalent experience
- Current "C" Class Driver's Licence
- Willingness to undergo pre-employment checks
