Vivid is looking for a new recruit to join our Commercial Operations team.

Duties include:
- Coordinating and delivering Vivid Living’s flexible support services - excursions, group activities and 1:1 supports.
- Reviewing staff related tasks, activities and daily monitoring of clients.
- Preparing service quotes and agreements.
- Maintaining rosters and staff to client ratios.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with Vivid clients, parents, carers and Planners.
- Providing timely, efficient and confidential administration support to Vivid managers.
- Assessing, planning and monitoring individual client services.

- Excellent time management and organisation skills with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Demonstrated high level of computer literacy, numeracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate with others, provide and accept advice and assistance from colleagues to meet common goals.
- Demonstrated highly developed written and verbal communication, negotiation and analytical skills.
- Creative and effective problem solving skills.
