This exciting opportunity for a Mid - Senior Flood Engineer (4-12 years experience) with at least 2 years of experience in Flood engineering. Your expertise in hydrology, hydraulic modeling, and floodplain management will be essential in delivering innovative solutions to complex challenges. We're seeking a driven and experienced Flood Engineer ready to take on new challenges. This position is suitable for individuals with:
- Proven experience in flood risk management and water engineering (4-8 years preferred)
- Strong communication skills and a proactive approach
- Relevant Australian qualifications
- A degree in Civil/Environmental Engineering or related field
- Proficiency in hydrology and hydraulic modeling software
- Proficient in modeling using TuFlow, HecRas or similar.
- Experience in floodplain management and stormwater design
- Ability to mentor junior team members and collaborate effectively
