The role:
- Oversee daily Floor and restaurant operations
- Maintain and improve customer service standards
- Manage floor staff, adhere to SOPs
- Foster staff development and nurture a positive work culture
- Supervisory / Management Experience in premium, high-volume Restaurant environments with excellent team leadership skills
- Awareness of F&B trends, pairings, pricing and budgeting
- Must excel in time management, adaptability and customer service, always ensuring customer satisfaction
- Good food and wine knowledge
- Flexibility for a 7 day roster
- Part of a brand new restaurant and Floor team
