We are on the lookout for a proactive and highly organised Inventory Manager to join our team at our Head Office in Sydney’s Chatswood. Job Responsibilities:
- Administrative Duties:
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle communication with internal and external stakeholders effectively.
- Inventory Management:
- Forecast and monitor optimal inventory levels.
- Conduct regular stock checks and reconcile any discrepancies.
- Collaborate with distributors and manufacturers to ensure timely deliveries.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with other team members to achieve common goals.
- Provide support to other departments as needed, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Reporting:
- Generate daily and weekly inventory reports accurately.
- Analyse data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare comprehensive reports for management review, providing insights and recommendations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a similar role.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of coffee and baked products is preferred but not required.
