WAIT STAFF - that enjoy seeing guests leave the venue after having a memorable experience through spectacular food, wine and service. Experience in a high volume, high service venue is preferred, but personality is the major requirement.
BAR STAFF - passionate, outgoing, engaging personaitlities with a sense of urgency, ensuring guests receive the highest level of service at all times. A sound understanding of classic cocktails, spirts and wine would been seen as an advantage
BAR USEFULS - are required to ensure the base operations of the venue are maintained at all time. These roles require hard working individuals that have attention to detail and are looking to break into the industry.
