About the Role
- Ensure Community and Oral Health's Human Resource practices and policies meet contemporary public sector requirements by regularly reviewing their efficiency and effectiveness and assisting in the ongoing development and implementation of quality improvement processes.
- Contribute to the development, promotion, implementation and interpretation of Human Resources policies, practices and processes relating to employment within Community and Oral Health.
- Provide expert advice and support to Community and Oral Health Executive, line managers, supervisors and staff on a broad range of workforce issues in a complex and diverse environment.
- Maintain a sound understanding of relevant legislation, awards, policies and practices, particularly in relation to the Queensland Public Sector, and ensure that practices within Community and Oral Health are consistent with Queensland Health directions.
