Kalis Hospitality is one of Tasmania's largest and most progressive Hospitality Groups. Our team of talented professionals operate Hotels and Bottleshops across Hobart, in Bicheno and also Launceston.
We now have an exciting opportunity to join our Team at the Kings Meadows Hotel.
The Role
We are seeking dedicated staff for our Kings Meadows property, you will have the full support of senior site management to advise you in all areas of the business as well as work directly with a strong established team. From a daily perspective the role will be autonomous and very ‘hands on’, being responsible for the day to day operations, while leading from the front to always ensure great customer service.
About You
To succeed in this busy role, you will need to be a genuine hospitality professional who thrives on providing warm and welcoming service and understands the importance of recognising our regulars.
It is also important that you have a back ground in food and beverage operations and gaming operations in a similar environment at a senior level. A love for the industry and the want to grow and learn in Hospitality and seek advancement in your personal development.
As a Supervisor you will also have:
A friendly and welcoming personality
Strong attention to detail combined with natural leadership abilities.
Exceptional time management and communication skills.
The self-motivation to put in the hard work and hours, while wanting to create a like minded team.
The ability to connect with the community and local community groups.
Current RSA, RCG and Gaming license.
