We are currently seeking experienced, enthusiastic and knowledgeable Food & Beverage Administrator to bring their high standards, ability and skills to create a perfect dining experience for our valued guests.

Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

• To take a hands on approach in the operation.
• To assist in conducting monthly inventory checks on all operating equipment and supplies.
• To control the requisitioning, storage and careful use of all operating equipment and supplies.
• To liaise with the kitchen and other supporting departments on a daily basis.
• To handle all guest complaints, requests and enquires on Food and Beverage service.
• To establish a rapport with guests maintaining good customer relationships.

The successful candidate will possess:

• Experience in a similar role in a 4 or 5 star establishment
• Knowledge of OH&S and food hygiene standards
• Valid Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate
• Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and nights
• Ability to develop and maintain cooperative working relationships
• Inter-personal and communication skills
• Impeccable level of self-presentation and grooming
• Passion to provide a superior and welcoming customer service experience
• Australian National Police Clearance, no more than 3 months old
