This role offers something unique and career defining. Reporting to our Head of Field Sales – Licensed, your new role as State Sales Manager SA/WA/NT will see you build your team from the ground up as well as the operational foundations that will be pivotal to you and your teams success in market.
This is a critical people leadership role, you will be the driving force behind your team, leading, inspiring and developing capability that will see them execute effectively on strategic initiatives and deliver on key performance metrics. You will leverage your local market knowledge and experience with the customer base to execute business and navigate more complex relationships to deliver win/win outcomes.
