Job Description
We are a friendly and highly talented team ready to create magical memories for our guests. We are seeking a lover of all things Food and Beverage to join the Coco's Kitchen and Bar team. You will have a proactive attitude, and a passion for service that translates to a high performance mindset.
The role:
- Providing bar service to Coco's Kitchen and Bar - table service and dispense
- Looking after the needs of our guests and ensuring that their experience meets and exceeds all expectations
- Monitoring inventory and ensuring that all beverage supplies and essentials are adequately stocked
- Using POS system and completing end of shift procedures
Qualifications
Your experience and skills include:
- Proven experience working in a similar bar and restaurant environment
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and work on your feet
- Strong time management skills.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
- Flexibility to work various shifts including week-ends, nights and public holidays
