About the Role
The position of the Food & Beverage Attendant is dedicated to exceeding expectations of both internal and external guests to ensure the highest level of service is consistently provided. Teamwork is the key to success in providing a warm and personal experience. Your focus will be to provide service to the guest in a timely and sophisticated fashion.
What we need from you
We are looking for enthusiastic and professional team players who knows how to deliver great service and exceed guest expectations. The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience as a Food & Beverage Attendant (within a resort or hotel environment preferred).
- Excellent communication skills, seeing problems as opportunities and having a can do attitude.
- Exposure to coffee & cocktail making
- QLD RSA & Open drivers licence
About You
Ideally you will have previous experience in a similar role and be able to provide a high-level of service excellence to InterContinental Hayman Island Resort’s valued guests. Must be able to start by 22 March 2024 and have the ability to live and work on Hayman Island, Queensland along with appropriate working rights.
What we offer
Hourly rate of $24.14 on a permanent full time contract (Hayman Island Enterprise Agreement 2023) with a minimum of 38 hours per week with appropriate Australian working rights
