About The Role
Seeking Food and Beverage Attendants to join this well established team in Alice Springs. You will lead by example on a daily basis, delivering and supporting service standard excellence. You'll do this through your interactions with the guests and the team. You will provide a positive guest experience through delivering exceptional Food & Beverage Standards across all restaurant outlets, room services, mini bar and banquet divisions. You will be rewarded with a remuneration package of Tradespersons, HIGA L2.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Proactively anticipate guest needs and act accordingly
- Follow all reasonable directions given by your supervisor, duty manager or manager
- Ensure restaurants and banquets are set to the hotels standard including all service stations
- Manage guest queries, issues and complaints
- Work collaboratively with fellow team members, and provide support as required for your department and fellow departments
