The role

We're seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join one of our highly regarded Food and Beverage venue's team.
In this role, you'll provide joyful dining experiences through your genuine care for guests. As well as:

• Providing excellent customer service
• Ensuring guest satisfaction through time management and multi-tasking
• Strong attention to detail through both service and menu knowledge.

You may be required to run food, perform barista work, be a section waiter, host, or bartender - depending on the requirements of the venue you are selected for.
About you
To be successful you'll:

• Have a passion for customer service
• Be reliable and have a trustworthy attitude
• have excellent time management skills.
• Hold a current NSW RSA certificate.
• Ability to speak Cantonese/Mandarin or Japanese is advantageous

What we offer you:
Successful applicants will be enrolled in a training program titled "Crafting Service Excellence", delivered at Crown College by our in-house trainer.
Crafting Service Excellence provides essential hospitality skills developing both knowledge on service and technique. Our Food & Beverage trainer will focus on key areas such as food service, table setting standards, introductory wine knowledge, the language of hospitality and much more.

Additional Information
This role requires you to:

• Work across a rotating roster of morning, daytime, and evening shifts
• Have previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment
• Show a willingness to learn 3 plate carry and tray service of drinks.

We currently have full time (38 hours per week) & part-time (16-36 hours per week) positions available across a number of restaurants & bars.
