About the role
We are currently seeking Food and Beverage champions to join our dynamic team! All our Food & Beverage Attendants are responsible for providing 5 Star customer service to our guests. Working closely with the Food & Beverage Supervisors, you will be responsible for ensuring all guests receive an exceptional restaurant experience.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain high levels of customer service.
- Attend to all guest needs in a polite and cheerful manner.
- Experience is preparing alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for bar and restaurant guests would be beneficial.
- Work various shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays.
- Take Food and Beverage orders accurately.
- Deliver Food and drinks in an efficient and confident manner.
What We need from you:
- Full Time availability preferred
- Previous experience in Food & Beverage/ Bar attending in a 5-star Hotel environment
- Be organised and have an eye for detail
- Be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment while constantly maintaining a calm demeanour
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to build strong customer relationships
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Must have RSA Certificate
- Must have Food Safety Handling Certificate (from either unit SITXFSA005 or SITXFSA006)
- Must have legal rights to work in Australia
