We require a dynamic and experienced Food and Beverage Manager to lead our Food and Beverage team on a full-time basis at our stunning Oaks Port Douglas Resort.
As the Food and Beverage Manager you will:
- Ensure smooth and efficient daily floor operations of the restaurant and bar
- Managing the day-to-day profitability, presentation and operation of the restaurant and bar
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the company's Food and Beverage features to promote to clients
- Managing, leading and motivating staff to ensure a high preforming team culture is maintained
- Work closely with the General Manager and marketing department to develop marketing material and promotions for the Food and Beverage department
- Roster according to department needs
- Create budgets and monitor financial performance of the Food and Beverage department.
