We have exciting new opportunities at The Field in Rose Bay. We are seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor with a passion for hospitality to join our team. Offering roughly 25-30 hours per week - Mostly on the weekends, there is the option to move to permanent part time if preferred.
You will be an integral part of delivering our unique experience to our guests, whether it be in our bistro, for a game day or private function.

This is how you’ll know you’re right for the role
- Demonstrated experience as a Supervisor in a high volume, fast-paced environment;
- A passion for customer service with a vibrant and outgoing nature;
- Supervise team members and manage the day-to-day operation in the absence of the Venue Manager;
- Develop and mentoring team members;
- Ability and willingness to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays;
- Current NSW RSA;
- Be a team player with great communication skills.
