About the role:
As F&B Supervisor reporting to the Head of Food and Beverage a key focus will be leadership of our amazing team. You will lead and mentor a team of up to 100 passionate and committed team members, ensuring that we deliver magical moments and wow our guests with the fabulous service we are renowned for.
You will oversee the operational procedures and ensure all outlets provide high quality service and products.
Responsibilities will include:
- Creating and innovating F&B concepts to entice and wow our guests
- The development, selection, coaching and management, of the Retail F&B Team, ensuring a motivated and cohesive team that supports our 5 key areas; Safety, Fun, Theatre, Profit and Compliance
- Managing and procuring high quality stock and equipment across the F&B outlets
- Fiscal management of outlets and the division, including procurement and labour costs
- Work cohesively with other departments across day to day operations and whole park events
- Continued review and improvement of Retail F&B policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with department standards, WH&S and HACCP and conduct audits to ensure that the department maintains the strictest hygiene and safety levels
You will have :
- A passionate, hands on, leadership style with a genuine enthusiasm for developing fun teams that provide exceptional customer experiences
- Experience in retail or fast food chain type environment like McDonalds, KFC, GYG will be highly regarded
- A willingness to constantly evolve to ensure we are working to best practice standards
- A high energy and fun approach to work
- The ability to maximise sales and minimise wastage
- Expertise with point of sale systems (POS Magic - ideally) and MS Office experience
- Current working knowledge and training in HACCP and WH&S. Having been through HACCP accreditation is essential
- A current NSW RSA and NSW WWCC paid employment clearance
- Flexibility to work a roster that includes weekends and some evening shifts.
- Relevant qualifications in Hospitality Management as well as a Food Safety Supervisor’s certificate are an advantage.
