Crossroads Hotel is part of the Nelson Meers Hotel Group which owns and operates 16 hotels throughout Sydney. Whilst we have been established in the hotel industry for more than 25 years, we are always looking to increase our hotel portfolio, thus ensuring on-going career development and promotion (both internal and external) for those employees that display enthusiasm and a willingness to learn, as well as being a good team person.
The Crossroads Hotel is located in the major growth area of the southwest and boasts Food and Beverage Operations along with Functions, TAB, Gaming & Accommodation facilities. Our valued patrons enjoy their casual dining experience at the hotel due to our and great customer service.

Current RSA & RCG Competency Card
You will also need to demonstrate the following:
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
- Exceptional customer service skills are essential coupled with a fun and outgoing personality.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a team environment.
- Good attention to detail.
- Immediate start available.
- Must be flexible to work days,nights and weekends.
- Up to 25 Hours per week.
- Experience in the following is desired, but not essential:
- Bar, TAB and Keno
- Preparing and making cocktails
- Busy bistro/functions and events
