Located just 5 mins from the famous Yallingup Beach our venue caters for busy breakfast, lunch & dinner services as well as weddings, functions & events. We are looking for someone with management experience, who is hard-working, organised, creative and passionate about customer service. You will be able to work in a high-pressure, high-turnover environment, have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be a team player, punctual and also able to work unsupervised. You will also be able to work a flexible schedule including mornings, days, evenings, weekends and public holidays.
About the role
High focus on customer service with an eye for detail.
Handling cash and staff management.
Experience in POS system and H & L an advantage, with computer literacy a must.
Positively encourage compliance with policies, procedures, house rule of the venue and the staff.
At all times endeavour to perform in the best interests of the venue, staff and customers alike.
A neat and personal appearance at all times.
This is a 'hands on' role and requires a person that enjoys a busy venue.
