A stunning property nestled on the outskirts of Bowral in the New South Wales Southern Highlands; Peppers Craigieburn (Craigieburn Resort Pty Ltd) possesses a reputation as one of the region's premier venues for accommodation, leisure stays, conferencing, weddings and retreats.
We are looking for a Full TimeFood & Beverage Manager to lead the restaurant and Food & Beverage Operations.
As our next Food & Beverage Manager, you will:
- Provide a creative and insightful approach to maximising service period and delivering memorable experiences
- Utilise your extensive knowledge of fine wine and exceptional service
- Draw on your strong leadership skills to engage, motivate and develop your small team and create a positive workplace culture.
- Work alongside Chef to create Menus as well as Wine and Beverage Lists
- Manage all operational requirements of the Food & Beverage Department
- Complete all administrative and planning elements for the department including, but not limited to, rostering, reporting, packages and promotions
- Drive revenue and increase exposure as well as oversee stocktake and ordering
About You:
- Hold a valid NSW RSA
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as Food & Beverage Manager or Assistant Food & Beverage Manager in a similar business
- Sound operational experience of corporate conferencing, weddings and events
- Demonstrated ability to work within allocated budgets whilst managing stock control and rostering
- Strong communicator with well-developed stakeholder management (internal and external)
- Exceptionally organised with the ability to prioritise in order to meet allocated timelines
- Ability to remain calm when under pressure
- Ability to work a flexible roster including mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays.

This position offers a salary range of AUD$80,000 – $87,000.
