We are looking for an experienced Food and Beverage Manager to join our team. Our team are all working professionals and we are looking for someone with a passion for the industry. We will allocate some time to training you but someone with multiple years of experience running a bar, restaurant, managing staff and stocks will be prioritised..

Overview:
As a Food and Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Food and Beverage operations within our establishment. This includes managing staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness, and maximizing profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
Staff Management:
- Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate Food and Beverage attendant.
- Schedule staff efficiently to ensure adequate coverage during peak times while controlling labor costs.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff members.
Operations Management:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant, bar, and/or banquet facilities.
- Monitor inventory levels of food, beverages, and supplies and place orders as needed.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards.
Customer Service:
- Ensure that guests receive prompt, friendly, and personalised service.
- Address any guest concerns or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure that food quality exceeds customer expectations.
Financial Management:
- Monitor expenses and budget variances, and take corrective action as needed.
- Analyze sales trends and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
Event Planning:
- Coordinate with events manager and clients to ensure successful execution of private events and functions.
- Plan menus
- Order stock and organise delivery
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in Food and Beverage management, with a strong understanding of restaurant and bar operations.
- Excellent leadership with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
- Experience with budgeting, cost control
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices in food handling and sanitation.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
