The Role
This is a hands on role, charged with managing the smooth operation of Food and Beverage service and the house operation. You'll be responsible for supervision and the delivery of exceptional quality service to members and guests, while maintaining efficiencies. Although primarily a Food and Beverage role, Managers are responsible for the smooth and efficient operation of other Club departments also
The Candidate
- Quality Club or Hotel Background with 5 years minimum experience
- Great personality and guest/member relations
- Experience overseeing restaurant, Bar and F&E service
- Ability to manage roster and labour costs
- Manage stock ordering and COG's
- Team management and training experience
