Pullman Sydney Hyde Park is currently seeking the role of Food and Beverage Manager to lead and drive the Food and Beverage department. Reporting directly to the Executive Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for managing and leading the day to day operations in the Windows on the Park restaurant, Bar Thirty6, In Room Dining, Mini Bar and Conferencing & Events operations.

More about the role:
- Direct & drive the management of all the food and beverage outlets within the hotel in order to maximise profitability and end to end superior guest service
- Implement all Pullman brand standards and specifications within the hotel Food & Beverage
- Work closely with Sales & Marketing to develop actions plans and promotional activities to stimulate sales and profit whilst controlling operational expenses
- Oversee the daily operation of the Banquet Operations in conjunction with the Kitchen team and our C&E sales team
- Establish and maintain effective employee relations and drive employment engagement
- Develop and action departmental strategic plans and goals for each year
- Complete weekly/fortnightly/monthly forecasting and reporting
- Passionate about all things food, beverage and hospitality
- Prior experience in a leadership role – people management is key as you will lead a large team of different ages, background, skill level and experience
- Current NSW RSA and knowledge of liquor licensing, food regulations and safety and security needs
- An aptitude for financial analysis, forecasting and reporting
- A genuine ability to engage with people by being ‘the real deal’

- Unlimited working rights in Australia and availability to work varied shifts from early mornings to late evenings, including weekends as per our business demands
