Short Description: Join our team at Robertson Barracks and play a vital role in supporting the United States Marine Corps (USMC) during an 8-month assignment. We are hiring Food & Beverage Staff, including Bar staff with a mandatory RSA certificate, to deliver exceptional services to our military personnel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage and serve beverages, adhering to responsible service of alcohol (RSA) guidelines for Bar staff.
- Safely handle and serve food items, maintaining hygiene and safety standards (Food Handlers Certificate Level 1).
- Provide outstanding customer service, creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
- Assist in managing food and beverage inventory to ensure an adequate supply.
- Collaborate with the team for seamless food and beverage operations.
- Mandatory RSA Certificate for Bar staff.
- Food Handlers Certificate Level 1 or knowledge of Food safety for all Food & Beverage Staff.
- Previous experience in a food and beverage role is advantageous.
- Adaptability to work efficiently in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Customer-focused with a commitment to excellence.
- RSA Certificate for Bar staff.
- Food Handlers Certificate Level 1 or knowledge of Food safety.
- Own transportation for commuting to Robertson Barracks.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a police clearance.
