The wine list highlights the Peninsula's many local vineyards, distilleries and breweries.Currently going through a period of expansion, this venue is looking to add a full time Food & Beverage Supervisor to the team.Role & RequirementsThe Food & Beverage Supervisor will lead by example, assisting the management team in overseeing day to day operations of the restaurants and functions. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a high volume setting and knowledge of managing stock and inventory.
- You have previous experience in a similar environment
- You have an RSA certificate
- You have a passion for food and drinks
- You will be guest centric, a team performer, resilient, authentic, an excellent communicator
- You have excellent personal presentation
