Form of workWe have an exciting opportunity for passionate and motivated leaders to join the Crown Sydney Food & Beverage team as Supervisors.
The Food & Beverage Supervisor will be required to provide hands on support to the entire front of house team as well as have excellent food and beverage knowledge. You will be accountable for the efficient operation of the high-volume service environment and upholding our premium customer service standards.
This role requires roster flexibility across seven days and will be based on site at Crown Sydney, Barangaroo. This is a permanent full-time opportunity.

Silks - Silks at Crown Sydney is a Cantonese Fine Dining restaurant situated in an opulent dining room where rich history meets contemporary influence, and meticulously crafted dishes effortlessly complement the lavish surrounds. Serving Yum Cha and a la carte seasonal specialties, Silks offers warm and refined service emphasising the well-tuned art of Chinese hospitality and grace.
88 Noodle - A theatrical open kitchen allows the chefs to take centre stage in this venue, boasting all the favourite flavours of Dim Sum, wok dishes and roasts, as well as a satiating selection of noodles, with influences from Shanghai, Singapore and Thailand
Key selection criteria:
Previous experience in a supervisory role in a fine dining restaurant
Passion for the industry & excellent customer service skills
Motivational leadership skills with the proven ability to coach and train your team
Exceptional grooming standards appropriate for a 5-star environment
Cantonese and/or Mandarin language skills beneficial but not a must
Availability to work across a 7 day a week roster including weekends, evenings and public holidays
Currently hold or be able to obtain a valid NSW RSA Certificate
