The Dining Room our renowned restaurant, celebrates the abundance of fresh ingredients sourced from Mornington Peninsula's food and wine region. Now, we're on the lookout for a seasoned professional to help lead the team at Lancemore Lindenderry Red Hill.Nestled among gently rolling hills, Lindenderry Red Hill offers guests a stylish escape complete with a European country style with a distinctly Australian twist and world-class dining at The Dining Room.ABOUT THE ROLE:From refined dinners in The Dining Room to more casual fare in our Cellar Door, our kitchen draw direct inspiration from Mornington Peninsula's global wine and food region. As the Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will:

• Run services in both The Dining Room and our Cellar Door
• Prepare the restaurant for service and work closely with the F&B manager to oversee the department
• Assist in leading and developing our dynamic front-of-house team
• Work across all aspects of food and beverage operations

ABOUT YOU:

• Experience within the luxury hotel or up-market restaurant scene
• Flair for organization with high attention to detail
• Impeccable presentation
• Outstanding guest relations and communication skills
• Valid RSA certificate
• Availability to participate both on weekdays and weekends.
• Initiative and be a team player
• Self-motivation, can do attitude
