At Crown Perth memorable experiences are created when we work together. In this role you will report to the Manager of the venue, the Supervisor will assist in the day-to-day delivery of high quality, customer focused operations along with ordering, stock take, rostering, and administration. You will also monitor and evaluate customer service levels and act as an escalation point for frontline staff.
You will effectively communicate and build rapport with customers and team members to ensure service standards are maintained.

- Nobu
- Atrium
- Junction Grill
- Merrywell
- Bistro Guillaume
- TWR, The Waiting Room
To be successful, you will need to demonstrate the following:
- Great leadership skills with experience coaching, training, and supporting a
- Extensive wine, beer, and cocktail knowledge
- 24/7 availability
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with problem solving skills
- A passion for delivering a high standard of customer service
- Experience with financial objectives including stock control and rostering
- Approved Managers card
- Excellent grooming and attention to detail
