SalaryWe are looking for an energetic and driven Food and Beverage Supervisors to join our fun and dynamic F&B Team at the Star Sydney!
The F&B Supervisor position is a hands on, leadership role which will assist in the effective running of all relevant F&B outlets. The role will enable you to improve customer satisfaction by maintaining efficiency of service, general product and technical knowledge, and exceptional standard of delivery and professionalism.
You will also oversee and assist F&B Attendants with customer service, ensures the outlets are prepared and organised to meet all business requirements with particular attention.
This is a hands on, leadership position requiring an applicant with an outgoing personality who loves to empower team members and at the same time, loves to go above and beyond for customers.

We are specifically looking for people who have:
- Supervisory experience within in a similar large busy environment, with a thorough knowledge of food and beverages
- Demonstrated ability in planning and resourcing people and products, performance management and controlling labour costs and operating expenses
- Exceptional guest service skills with a proactive attitude and natural ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of guests
- Highly organised and eager, with a high attention to detail
- Current RSA Statement of Attainment
- Flexible availability for work over a 7-day roster
