Food Services Menu Monitor

• Part time working 60 hours per fortnight
• Based at RMH City Campus
• Available to work both morning and afternoon shifts, including weekends

The Food ServicesMenu Monitor is responsible for timely and accurate face to face patient menu selections. They play an active role within the Food Services team, also responsible for data processing and dissemination of information pertaining to menu selections and meal time.
Your new role:

• The distribution and collection of all patient meals
• Food and beverages preparation including plating and heating of meals
• Cleaning duties / use of industrial dishwasher
• Delivery of meals to various wards / Delivery of Morning and Afternoon Tea
• Ensure that all data relating to patients bed and nutritional status is accurate and current
• Keeping Dietitians informed of bed and nutritional status of therapeutic patients.

About You:

• Current Food Handlers Certificate (Health HLTFS207C)
• Contribute effectively to a team environment and independently
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene requirements
• Be reliable, self motivated and have a friendly nature
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Must possess flexibility to cover for leave
