Great career opening for NPD Technologist who has a flair for innovation and creativity. Playing a key role in supporting the R&D team working on a variety of projects.
Responsibilities:
· Coordinate NPD and Food Tech activities, liaising with internal teams and stakeholders including Marketing & production
· Ensure projects are delivered and coordinated on time
· Support Managers on NPD projects
· Work on identify product improvements
· Keep abreast of food legislation and regulations
· Provide technical support to internal teams and customers
· Contribute to team meetings
· Provide technical solutions and manage multiple tasks and projects
Successful criteria:
· Proven track record of success working in a similar role
· Appropriate Food Science Degree
· At least 2 to 3 years in a similar role
· Ability to work at a “hands on” level
· Superior stakeholder management and customer relationship building skills
· Able to work under pressure and deliver in fast turn around times to meet customer needs
· Supportive and helpful team player
· Project Management skills and experience
· Excellent understanding of QMS and Regulatory standards and procedures
