Form of workWorking in a close team, in a fast pace, fun environment you will be responsible for developing new products, and redeveloping existing products from brief, and concept right through to launch. Working on both private label and branded fresh and ready to eat products, you will work across all major channels from retail to food service.
Responsibilities include:
- Owning the critical paths for new products
- Keeping up to date with market trends, and recommending innovative products to drive the category
- Improving and streamlining NPD processes
- Working closely with commercial, technical, production and purchasing teams
The successful candidate will have 1-2 years experience in a similar role, within a food manufacturing environment, preferably with chilled, short shelf life products:
- Knowledge of basic project management techniques and proven experience of supporting effective delivery against critical metrics
- Positive attitude and willingness to get involved in new projects
- Experience working with suppliers and external partners
