ABOUT THE ROLE
We are currently looking for 2 or 3 Experienced Site Managers or Foremen to either join a live project and support pushing it over the line, or, help set up a new project that has been recently awarded and in planning/procurement stages.
Upcoming projects include $70mil residential apartments, $35mil commercial tower, $60mil mixed use tower, $50mil build to rent apartments and townhouses, a $20mil industrial warehouse and a $15mil house refurbishment.
Driving people and process in a methodical, technically detailed and proactive manner. They are the conduit between your site staff, subbies, their PM and senior management and are relied upon to solve problems, document everything and have site that is always clean and safe and meets all compliance
ABOUT YOU
You are a 'builder' who can run a project from start to finish and do whatever it takes to get the job done. You ideally come from a solid Tier 2 main contractor in Sydney and are very comfortable with the documentation required (construction, program, quality, safety) and be across this without compromising your site presence. You have exceptional time management to ensure you are across every single aspect of your project and you are completely non compromising with regards to quality & safety.
You manage people with clear direction and support your team to drives great outcomes.
You have a range of commercial and residential projects ($20m - $80m) in your background that you have driven from start to finish.
We are open to both permanent and contract applications.
