SunRice Leeton Manufacturing is currently recruiting for Forklift Operators to join the Supply Chain Team. The Warehouse Operator is responsible for ensuring a quality product is delivered in full on time to all customers.
To be successful
- Current High Risk Licence
- Demonstrated experience in the operation of a forklift
- Performing warehouse movements including but not limited to receiving of product, ensuring stock is accounted for, documented, and stored in correct order
- A thorough understanding of standard practices relating to areas such as Safety, Food Safety, and GMP
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Able to adapt rapidly to changing production demands
- Be a committed self-starter displaying a high level of initiative and be able to work well in a team
- Complete all necessary safety, quality, and production checks and paperwork
- Perform routine cleaning tasks associated with AIB, GMP, IPM and hygiene conditions of the work area
- Be a positive Team Member working a positive, accountable and inclusive manner
To be successful for this role you will have a current Forklift licence, proven experience in a logistics or distribution environment and a knowledge of warehousing operations and stock control.
