Responsibilities:Financial Planning & Analysis: Lead the development and execution of the company's financial planning and analysis processes. This includes budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling to  support strategic decision-making.
Strategic Insights: Partner closely with senior leadership and department heads to provide actionable insights and recommendations based on financial analysis, driving business performance and profitability.
Financial Reporting: Collaborate with the CFO to prepare and present comprehensive financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, highlighting key performance metrics and trends.
Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and enhance financial processes and procedures to optimize efficiency, accuracy, and alignment with best practices.
 
Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA/CA preferred.
• Proven experience in financial planning and analysis, with at least 3 years of progressive experience in a similar role.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team.
• Exceptional analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
• Experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
