The purpose of this role is to act as the frontline contact and face of O’Brien® within our Electrical and Plumbing Franchise network. Key success involves relationship management, and business coaching to help drive and deliver on key growth strategies. This includes:
- Supporting the transition, induction and training of new franchisees into the wider business Model
- Ongoing coaching, guidance and support for franchisees
- Providing value add interactions and facilitating meaningful and beneficial connections for franchisees by leveraging the Group model
- Facilitating business planning and review sessions to identify and resolve issues and track progress to achieving business goals

- Exceptional rapport building and stakeholder management skills with the demonstrated ability to build new and strengthen existing relationships
