Form of workJackson Motor Company has an exciting opportunity for an immaculately presented and cheerful Customer Service superstar to work within our Service and Administration team at our Award winning Hobart dealership.
About the role:
In this role, you will be the face of our dealership and the first point of contact both in-person and over the phone. You will be responsible for welcoming customers and gaining an understanding of there needs, and following up with customers to ensure all works performed meet the customers expectations. This is an exciting and varied role where you will work closely with our technical team to help ensure the smooth-running of our operation.
About you:
You are committed to owning this role and your space in the dealership. You're bubbly, poised, capable, forward-thinking, highly organised, well-presented and have strong business acumen.
You will also have:
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- A professional, friendly and approachable manner
- An exceptionally high standard of personal presentation
- Good time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks
- The ability to work well within a team as well as individually and unsupervised
- A professional phone manner
While previous administration experience is advantageous, it is not essential. Customer experience through hospitality and similar industries would be considered highly.
