Position Description
The Receptionist & Administration Assistant will be responsible for reception and administrative tasks as allocated by Administration Manager.
Key Accountabilities
The Receptionist & Administration Assistant will be responsible for:
- working with and supporting faculty, students and staff to support the day- to-day running of the Academy;
- providing a student-centered, customer-focused front reception;
- disseminating communication to the NAPS community;
- maintaining data on the school database;
- filing;
- maintain Office and campus area;
- manage Resources for the general operation of the Academy;
- Keep track of office supplies, equipment, and materials, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained.
- assist in the planning and execution of various events such as orientations, and faculty meetings.
- Support the finance department by processing invoices, tracking expenses, and reconciling accounts.
- attend Fire warden trainings and providing First Aid; and
- other administrative projects as required.
Key Selection Criteria
Essential- relevant qualifications in office administration or related area;
- excellent communication skills and the ability to multi-task;
- flexibility with a strong student/customer focus;
- ability to work in a team;
- sound computing/office skills with experience in Microsoft Office; and
- First Aid Certificate (or willing to obtain).
- Experience in the higher education sector; and
- Second language.
