Your new company is a successful fitness equipment wholesaler and retailer based on Brisbane's Southside. This is one of the leading fitness wholesalers in the market, embracing a positive work culture in a friendly team. This is a newly created part-time role to assist with the growth of the business.
Your new role
Your new role will report to the General Manager in the showroom office, and will be responsible for various duties including sales administration, processing orders, accounts support, and providing business support to the team. Your duties will include:
- Accounts Receivable/Payable
- Invoicing
- General accounts and sales administration using Accredo software
- Processing orders
- Customer service
- Assist customers with sales enquiries
- Respond to email enquiries
- General office duties
- Working on customer accounts, processing orders
- Greeting customers who enter the showroom to view products
- Liaising with customers and stakeholders
- Prior experience in Sales Administration
- Prior experience with Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
- Customer Service and effective communication skills
- Proficient at Microsoft Excel with high attention to detail and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and enthusiasm
- Flexible part-time role - 25 to 30 hours a week between the hours of 7am to 3pm
