AddressAbout Us: Leading specialist dermatology laser and healthspan clinic is seeking an experienced and dynamic Front of HouseClinic Coordinator to join our dedicated team. Ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our clinic and optimising patient outcomes and care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and foster a collaborative and efficient work environment.
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the clinic, including front desk and administrative tasks.
- Assist with marketing and promotional activities to enhance the clinic's presence in the community.
- Provide end-to-end management of the patient’s experience.
- Manage patient records and ensure confidentiality and accuracy of all medical documentation.
- Handle patient inquiries, both in person and over the phone, with professionalism and empathy.
- Oversee billing and reconciliation ensuring accuracy.
- Monitor and maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring the clinic is well-stocked and operational.
- Assist in Business Development activities and recruitment when required.
Qualifications:
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage a busy and dynamic environment (previous medical experience an advantage).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient-focused approach.
- Technology savvy with proficient computer skills (experience with Genie software is preferable).
- Knowledge of medical billing is an advantage.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Leadership skills and the ability to motivate and communicate with the team effectively.
- Strong work ethic and a high level of professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail.
- A team player with a can-do positive attitude who thrives in a dynamic workplace and an always learning approach to life.
