Qualifications & experience
The ideal candidate will have:
- Highly developed Customer Service skills (essential)
- Experience in leading, developing and rostering your own Customer Service team.
- A capacity to learn and optimise the power of internal POS and computer operating systems.
- Sound computer literacy skills.
- Curiosity to develop new skills
- Experience in a production environment and/or a knowledge of textiles will be an advantage.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Responsible for overseeing all Front of House and Customer Service matters.
- Leading Customer Service teams to ensure all orders are detailed, prepared and executed correctly.
- Will work closely with Delivery Driver and will lead Customer Service team toward delivering all incoming and outgoing delivery orders accurately.
- Maintenance of delivery manifest and customer profile information.
- Will maintain rosters and employee scheduling.
- Provide leading support to Store Manager in overall operations.
