The right candidate should have at least 3 years hospitality experience and have managed within quality venues.
As an experienced leader you will be responsible for:
• Directing and managing all operational activities across the restaurant
• Leadership of day-to-day operations across all diners and working with future operations requirements in mind
• Providing direct leadership and support to staff
• Developing the team to their full potential. Building successful relationships between all aspects of the business and ensuring all staff have the support they require
• Ensuring the financial viability of the restaurant through effective management
• Overseeing labour costs and other financial aspects
• Ensuring the venue is running smoothly and key people are in key positions
• Initiating marketing activities
• Increasing revenue
• Providing strategic direction
• Disciplinary action as required
• Leading continuous improvement
• Supporting the implementation of new menu changes, services, software, and processes, strong knowledge of excel & word
• Continuously seek out efficiencies in processes, procedures, and structures to support efficient organisational performance.
• Present regular and accurate reporting
Reporting to the directors, your primary responsibility will be to coordinate the seamless running of the restaurant, preserving the restaurants name for exquisite service long into the future.
