The Opportunity:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Front of House Manager to join our amazing team. This is a full-time position that comes with all the perks of working in a renowned cafe. As the Front of House Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our high standards of service and ensuring the smooth operation of our cafe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the Front of House, ensuring exceptional service is delivered at all times.
- Manage and schedule a team of casual staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Train staff in barista skills and ensure consistency in coffee preparation.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service and communication.
- Monitor inventory and order supplies as necessary.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for both staff and customers.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Barista training and a strong understanding of coffee preparation.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
